Anyone can answer why a flow restriction or an orifice is usually placed in the primary seal vent line when considering the tandem seal design without intermediate labyrinth? Does the orifice directs the flow towards the secondary seal, given the back pressure it develops, and also 'cause secondary seal line has no nitrogen or other gas input like that in the intermediate labyrinth design? Here I saw the PSV in the primary seal vent line, but then it's a tandem seal with intermediate labyrinth.

How could this seminar help small town neighborhoods where a few houses are hearing a Infrasound low frequency diesel engine noise with vibrations inside the house coming through the walls and floors 24/7 creating fast vibrations on water surfaces in water bottles, cups, jugs and outdoors rain or melting water puddles on front sidewalk, street, or driveway can be also seen vibrating at a fast pace! Worst of all the some citizens feels the vibrations penetrating their body causing vibrational sickness and eardrum acoustic fatigued and with other symptoms like headaches, ear drum pressure, heart palpitations, nausea, insomnia, drowsiness, anxiety, burning face and eyes and noise is worst at night! Amplifying the diesel engine noise through appliances like furnaces, refrigerators, fans or space heaters burning out the appliance causing it to break down! The culprit is the buried high pressure natural gas pipeline that is running down the street, can hear noise on porch, street and see street water vibrates but no authority in charge will take our complaints serious enough to do investigation! So what do we do or who do we call to check this pipeline for acoustic fatigued and vibrations properly?🤔🔥🔥🔥☢️☢️☢️
